Quiero instalarme el BitComet, ya lo descargué pero no lo tengo instalado todavía. En este momento estoy usando el utorrent pero no puedo abrir ningún puerto y no me contestan en el foro. El mismo problema tengo con el emule y entonces, antes de instalar este, quiero ver si me ayudan con mi conexión.
Tengo Windows XP SP2, Firewall de windows desactivado, antivirus AVG 8 Free también desactivado (ya pruebo cualquier cosa), modem adsl usb de conexión directa Speedtouch 330 y la conexión es de 512 kb. La proveé una cooperativa telefónica de mi ciudad (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Hice el test de velocidad y me da: Download speed 417 kbs; Upload speed 63 kbs; latency 291 ms.
También hice el test de Glasnost para ver si mi ips me bloqueaba el trafico torrent y me dice lo siguiente:

Hice el test de puertos del utorrent y me dice:
